Please make sure that you check your items carefully before you open them and before they are used or installed.

We offer refunds on any drones that are faulty. We advise you chat to our team if you are in any doubt as to whether the drone you are buying is right for your needs, although we know you, you've done your research right?!

Refund Policy for Training Courses

We offer a unique 100% money back guarantee on all our training courses. I’m sure you understand that we are lining up a top class pilot instructor to teach the courses and we do need to confirm numbers in advance. Therefore we would really like you to commit to your place on the course.

In unforeseen circumstances we can work with you to find alternative dates, but we don’t offer a full refund if you just don't turn up! If you complete our course and qualify and feel dissatisfied, we will do our utmost to put things right, but we are confident in the quality of our training and have never had any bad feedback!

We reserve the right to change the dates and venues of any course elements as required, but we will always find alternative options to suit you wherever possible.

Where CAA decisions affect your qualification type, we cannot offer refunds, because you have still had excellent training! Changes in legalities are out of our control, however we strive to offer a variety of options to constantly update and improve your skills as a drone pilot, so where there are gaps in your knowledge or qualification we will endeavour to offer a good value refresher style course.

Course Locations

Our Flight Skills venues are of the highest quality and have been chosen to suit the needs of the course for your benefit. Cities may differ from those advertised, we will always offer you the course nearest to you.

Faulty products

If you believe your item has developed a fault please send us an email with a full description of your fault and one of our staff will try to rectify the problem with you. If the fault cannot be rectified we will ask you to return the product to us. Once returned, we will require up to 28 working days to test and repair the product and if the item is unrepairable and still under warranty, we will arrange a replacement for you.

Warranty repairs & replacements

All items bought from Flyby Drones (except consumables) include a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty that begins from the day you take ownership of the goods. The manufacturer's warranty covers any malfunctions or faults that may develop. It does not cover accidental damage such as crash or water damage. We work closely with our network of manufacturers to carry out the warranty process as efficiently as possible. Please note that we will always try to repair faulty items before replacing them if 30 days have passed since you received the goods.

Drone crashes

In some rare circumstances, drone crashes can be caused by a malfunction. In order to determine what caused the crash, we will need you to send us the flight logs for analysis. Should we deem the crash to have been caused by a malfunction, the repair or replacement will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If the flight logs do not record a malfunction, then the repair will be chargeable.

Chargeable repairs

We will put you in contact with a third-party maintenance and repair company to help you get flying again as soon as possible.
